The 3rd Firm and Industry Dynamics Workshop, held at The University of Hong Kong in May 2025 and sponsored by the HKU Business School’s Institute of China Economy, marked the launch of FIPA and expanded its regional research network. Bringing together leading scholars from around the world, the workshop featured a keynote lecture by Jo Van Biesebroek, alongside sessions on market power, entry frictions, innovation, productivity, trade, and policy.
